Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Under the same roof are restaurants, shopping, ski storage, meeting rooms, and the Solace Spa. The Huntley Lodge includes convenient access to an outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.

This Moonlight Mountain Home is ideal for year-round getaways to Big Sky and Yellowstone National Park. Located in the Cowboy Heaven area of Moonlight Basin, there is a trail from the lower level patio of the home that guests can use to access the Alpine Meadows ski run. To ski in, guests can walk back to the cul-de-sac where the home is located. Guests will also enjoy the panoramic mountain views from the private hot tub and being able to warm up after a long day of skiing in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Summertime means outdoor living area on the spacious deck, and convenience to activities such as hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, and rafting. Guests have access to the private amenities at the Moonlight Club which includes a pool, outdoor activity center, and Jack Nicklaus golf course with an optional temporary membership fee. This home also includes the use of the owner's private ski locker at the Moonlight Lodge with the Moonlight Club access fee. For your convenience, the home is equipped with a laundry room and a one car garage.

Seat up to 6 at the dining table plus an additional 3 at the kitchen island. The upper level opens to a 360 degree wrap-around balcony complete with a gas grill. Please note that a four wheel drive vehicle with winter tires and winter driving experience is required for access during winter months. Summertime means beautiful, outdoor living areas with spacious decks, private hot tubs, and of course spectacular nearby Yellowstone National Park! Convenience to activities such as hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, and rafting abound. The home offers three bedrooms, the master with a king bed, second bedroom with a queen bed, third bedroom with two twin bunk sets, and loft with a queen bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The master bedroom also offers a gas fireplace and a TV for comfortable nights in. The crew will also love to gather around the TV in the loft, which also has a private bathroom, or soaking in the luxurious private hot tub.

An inviting entryway with a comfortable bench has ample space for coats, boots and bags. A laundry room off the entryway makes it easy to clean up after a busy day on the slopes.
