Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Custom built with local timber and stone, the ski-in, ski-out Alpenglow is a contemporary ski home on a private, wooded lot with high-ceilings, stone fireplaces and log beams, accented by granite countertops, marble baths, and top-of-the-line appliances. Large picture windows frame impressive views of Wilson Peak and the Spanish Peaks Range. Built on three levels, this 5,250 square-foot home is ideal for groups and families, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The master bedroom, conveniently located on the main level, features a king bed, private deck, gas fireplace and en-suite bath with mountain views from a large soaking tub. A guest master, also featuring a king bed, offers total privacy as the only room (along with a detached private bath) on the upper level. On the main level, an expansive deck offers ample outdoor seating with breathtaking views of the Spanish Peaks Range. Fire up the BBQ grill for apres-ski al fresco, or simply take in the sun on your private patio in between runs. This budget lodge is conveniently located on Highway 191 midway between Bozeman and West Yellowstone near the turn off to Big Sky, MT. It's family and dog friendly, with continental breakfast included. On the banks of the Gallatin River, the Whitewater Inn is open year round within a few minutes drive to local restaurants and within 15 minutes of Big Sky Resort's Plaza area.

Alpine Meadows Luxury Suites are unmatched in their spectacular panoramic views of the Big Sky area and their luxurious furnishings. Doc’s Holiday is an updated suite offering 3 bedrooms, two of which are master bedrooms, plus a bonus room. Both master bedrooms, one upstairs and one down, provide a king bed and a gas burning fireplace for premium relaxation. All four bedrooms include flat screen TVs with Sonos Soundbars and DirecTV. The bonus room is a great escape for kids with a flat screen TV, Wii gaming console with select family games, DVD/Blueray player with select movies as well as classic board games. This media room doubles as a fourth bedroom with a deluxe Queen Plus Comfort Sleeper sofa bed. The great room has a gas fireplace and a deck with a gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the breathtaking views. The well-appointed kitchen offers a copper sink, stainless steel appliances and is complete with a wine fridge in the center island. The dining area seats up to 10 guests. There is an additional ski room attached to this suite with an 8 pair boot dryer, 2 storage benches, 10 pair ski rack and two snow board racks. There is also a laundry room for your convenience.

Alpine Meadow Chalets are surrounded by lodge pole pines and are located within a half mile of the Madison Base Area. Chalets feature fine finishes, designer décor with cathedral ceilings, stone fireplaces, decks, in-unit laundry facilities and full kitchens. A private vehicle is recommended.

Summertime guests enjoy many outdoor activities for such as fly fishing on the Gallatin River, mountain biking, hiking and much more. Ousel Falls is a nearby waterfall with a short hike on a well-maintained park trail. For those looking for more adventure, Beehive Basin is a day hike offering some of the best wildflower viewing in the lower 48 and rewarding hikers with a picturesque alpine lake. Spanish Peaks Mountain Club also features an 18-hole Tom Weiskopf championship golf course.
