Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Under the same roof are restaurants, shopping, ski storage, meeting rooms, and the Solace Spa. The Huntley Lodge includes convenient access to an outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.

In the summer, explore hiking and mountain-biking trails at Moonlight Basin and Big Sky Resort. Built in 2015 and named by Architectural Digest among the world’s “9 Most Beautiful Hotel Cabins,” the Silvertip enclave is a collection of unique luxury ski cabins featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood beams, mixed stone-and-wood facades, and angular mid-century inspired silhouettes. The living area flows into a 10-seat dining area with a custom granite table and gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen. With nearly 5,000 square feet, there are 5 bedrooms—two kings, two queens, and one bunk room with two twins and two doubles. The two luxurious master suites are furnished with gas fireplaces. In addition to two large family rooms, there is also a home office. The large kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line granite countertops and Thermador appliances, including a 6-burner stove and double oven with indoor grill top, two refrigerators, and a walk-in pantry. Guests can choose to dine in the large dining area or outside on the large wraparound deck with ceiling heaters. Other amenities include a house-wide Sonos sound system and two home theater systems, two sets of washer/dryers, an outdoor gas fire pit, large gas grill, 8-person outdoor hot tub, separate ski/gear room, and 2-car garage.

Built on three levels, this 5,250 square-foot home is ideal for groups and families, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. A guest master, also featuring a king bed, offers total privacy as the only room (along with a detached private bath) on the upper level.
