This deluxe slopeside facility combines the convenience of a hotel with the amenities of a condominium. Flexible lock-offs allow for many sleeping configurations. The Summit melds European sophistication with Western style. The elegant Euro-Western Summit at Big Sky made its debut in March 2000 and features eight residential levels, two public levels with reception, concierge, meeting rooms, Provisions resort wear gift shop and an espresso cart. There are also three levels of underground parking. Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Under the same roof are restaurants, shopping, ski storage, meeting rooms, and the Solace Spa. Styled in mountain-modern decor, this custom home features top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, a Sonos sound system, Apple TV on all TVs and a game room. Natural light streams through floor-to-ceiling windows, creating an inviting atmosphere on the main level, which features a seamless flow between the living, dining and kitchen areas. Hop on the Beehive Basin Trailhead, a 3-minute drive, or explore lift-served hiking and biking at the Big Sky base area, accessible in less than 5 minutes. Restaurants, nightlife, shopping and entertainment in downtown Big Sky are 10 minutes away. A 2-car garage allows you to easily explore the area. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are necessary during winter season.
