Champagne Lodge at Trappeur's Crossing is located just two blocks from Steamboat ski resort’s Gondola. This well-located lodge offers condominiums with fully equipped kitchens, private balconies and gas fireplaces. Each unit includes a washer and dryer. Guests will enjoy the numerous outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs. There is also a sauna, fitness facility, computer lounge, library, fitness center, and underground heated parking.

Skyfall Ridge at Edgemont offers spectacular ski access to Steamboat’s mountain and a relaxing private setting for a family or couples ski trip. This stylishly appointed two bedroom residence at Edgemont offers convenient ski-in/ski-out access and great views of the ski mountain and the pristine Yampa Valley. Skyfall Ridge invites you to do just that with a native Colorado sandstone fireplace providing the perfect setting as the alpenglow lights up the snowy views around you. The fully equipped kitchen makes entertaining at home a cinch. For meals together there is seating for 6 at the dining room table and an additional 3 at the kitchen bar. Both bedrooms offer private bathrooms. The master offers a King bed with fireplace. The second bedroom offers two full bunk beds. Edgemont's on-site amenities include a fabulous heated outdoor pool and hot tub with great views down the mountain. The outdoor fire pit is a natural gathering place and kids will delight here in s'mores and hot chocolate. Ski access could not be much easier with a slope side ski locker room. Here you can dry off and conveniently store your equipment in your private ski locker with enclosed boot warmer. If you need to push yourself a little more, there is exercise equipment onsite.

This fantastic 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome at Chadwick Estate Villas sleeps 10 people and features an open living room with nice light, a stunning gas fireplace, huge flat-screen TV, and comfortable leather couch. The adjacent gourmet kitchen and dining area offer state-of-the art appliances and a dining table that comfortably seats eight, as well as access to a spacious outdoor deck with a grill and nice Emerald Mountain and down-valley views. An in-house elevator whisks you to the various levels of this townhome. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king bed and gas fireplace. The spacious en-suite bath features a beautifully tiled steam shower and luxurious deep-soak tub. A second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and en-suite bath. Downstairs, a rec room offers another great place to hang out, with games table, flat-screen TV with DVD player, wet bar, mini-fridge and dishwasher. A large washer and dryer are located on this level as well. The bottom level of this townhome includes two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, and another with two twin bunk beds. Both of these bedrooms access a beautiful covered patio with private hot tub.

Canyon Creek at EagleRidge is located just one block from the shops and restaurant of Gondola Square. On-site amenities are great, with a seasonal outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, exercise room, and heated underground parking garage. Each condo has a gas fireplace and washer/dryer.

This 5,000 square foot chalet comfortably sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The great room offers spectacular mountain views with a covered deck as well as leather sofas situated in front of the large fireplace and 45” plasma TV. The dining area seats 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with the finest appliances from Wolf and SubZero. The rec room on the lower level provides great fun for the whole family with a 50” big screen TV with surround sound, Playstation 2 video games and a pool table. Dry off your boots and store your skis in the nearby mudroom that includes a boot dryer and storage cupboards for all of your ski equipment.
