Gondola Run B is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

If you’re looking for a large comfortable home that accommodate families and groups then this is the place for you. Step out your door and ski straight to the Gondola and ski school in the mornings and return via the Righ O’ Way trail at the end of the day. The 6,000 square feet is comprised of 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a main living area including a large Great Room with a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and more. The lower level includes a family room with another fireplace and big screen TV and a separate game room with a pool table and TV. The Meadows at Eagle Ridge offers spacious accommodations just 3 blocks from the ski area. The complex is close enough to conveniently enjoy the ski mountain yet distant enough to enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. All units are fully furnished and equipped with and in-unit washer/dryer. Amenities at The Meadows include an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, private ski lockers, BBQ area, elevator access and complimentary heated underground parking.

The Pines Condominiums are situated in the heart of the Pine Grove neighborhood, between the ski area base and downtown Steamboat Springs. These residential condominiums are located within walking distance of two shopping areas that include restaurants, food markets, ski and sporting goods shops, and video rental outlets. Each condo has a fireplace, washer/dryer and wireless internet access. The property has a seasonal community hot tub.

This exclusive mountain duplex is just 100 yards from the ski slopes. One side of the duplex has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths; the other side has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Each half-duplex has its own private outdoor hot tub, sauna, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, and 2-car garage. On-call shuttle service is available during winter months at this property. If guests opt to bring a car, 4- wheel drive is recommended in the winter due to the steep driveway. Each side of the duplex can be rented independently, or both sides can be rented together.
