The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Cascades at Eagle Ridge are vacation townhomes offering fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces, and roomy living areas. In addition to private decks, there are spectacular views of the ski area. These townhomes are walking distance to the gondola base area via a paved path. Each unit has a 2-car garage, and there is shuttle service for this property during the winter only. There are also two hot tubs shared by the complex.

Morningside Ridge is a spectacular 3 bedroom residence at Edgemont. This exclusive slopeside property is located right on Steamboat Ski Area's Stampede ski run, close to the Steamboat mountain village. Edgemont is one of Steamboat's most recent luxury additions. Its location, literally on the slopes of the Steamboat ski area, places it just above the base area village. The Morningside Ridge Residence has panoramic views from the Flattops Range to the south and all the way to Sand Mountain to the northwest with the gondola passing by in the foreground. The interior design of this delightful three bedroom residence is both warm and inviting with a modern-mountain feel. The master bedroom has a king bed with a gas fireplace. There is also a private balcony, walk in closet and beautiful ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with balcony access and the third bedroom offers two twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom with two sinks and a large shower. Getting on and off the slopes couldn’t be easier with ski lockers located next to the slopes. On request winter shuttle service makes for easy access to everything locally and avoids the need for renting a car.

Falconhead Lodge - North is perched above the Yampa Valley with spectacular views overlooking the Steamboat ski area. It is ideal for multi-generational family gatherings, featuring two kitchens, two living rooms and a sports bar, complete with pool table and flat screen TV. The home is equipped with an elevator, however the spectacular mountain views are best enjoyed via the stunning open staircase constructed of timbers and steel which descends alongside a four story window. The main floor features a great room with vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, and an oversized stone fireplace. The open floor plan connects the living area to the gourmet kitchen and dining area, which has seating for 12. Downstairs on the mid-level there is an additional kitchen, dining, and living area. Five bedrooms, spread over three floors, allow ample room for a large group or various families. The master bedroom on the main level has a gas fireplace and private access to the covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkroom can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. A second master suite with private bath offers views of the valley and the Sleeping Giant Mountain. There is a third master suite and a queen suite, each featuring a private en suite bath. A sports bar/den and recreation room can be found on the lower level. The flat screen TV means you won't miss a play during a big game and rivalries can be settled over the pool table. The bar has a small refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and small dishwasher. This level is home to a covered deck with hot tub. Half baths are conveniently located on all three living levels adjacent to living areas. Due to its impressive size of 7,164 square feet, this home feels more like you are staying in your own private lodge than a vacation home. It offers all the space, comfort and privacy of a private home, but you still have access to the pool, fitness room, seasonal shuttle, gondola and other amenities found at the adjacent Trailhead Lodge. The main floor is perfect for entertaining. With an open layout, your group can enjoy the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony as a group. There is a stacked stone fireplace to keep everyone warm and cozy while enjoying the 65" flat screen TV or just each other’s company. The upstairs is dedicated to a large master suite. The suite includes a large bedroom, with king bed and a private terrace where you can relax outside in the summer. There is also a luxurious ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, large soaking tub and spacious shower. Downstairs is where you will find the other two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The guest master has a king bed and the third offers a set of twin bunks with a twin trundle bed and a queen bed to sleep up to five guests. All bedrooms have their own TV.
