The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. Each condo has a full kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and wireless internet.

With their prime upslope location, the Storm Meadows Club Condominiums maintain a quieter, more secluded atmosphere just a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the ski area base. Morningside Ridge is a spectacular 3 bedroom residence at Edgemont. This exclusive slopeside property is located right on Steamboat Ski Area's Stampede ski run, close to the Steamboat mountain village. Edgemont is one of Steamboat's most recent luxury additions. Its location, literally on the slopes of the Steamboat ski area, places it just above the base area village. The Morningside Ridge Residence has panoramic views from the Flattops Range to the south and all the way to Sand Mountain to the northwest with the gondola passing by in the foreground. The interior design of this delightful three bedroom residence is both warm and inviting with a modern-mountain feel. The master bedroom has a king bed with a gas fireplace. There is also a private balcony, walk in closet and beautiful ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with balcony access and the third bedroom offers two twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom with two sinks and a large shower. Getting on and off the slopes couldn’t be easier with ski lockers located next to the slopes. On request winter shuttle service makes for easy access to everything locally and avoids the need for renting a car.

Gondola Run B is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

Designed for large groups and entertaining, the main floor opens into a great room accented by vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, a stone fireplace and wall of windows to take in the views. The living, kitchen and dining areas flow openly into each other to make sure everyone can gather together easily. The large kitchen provides everything needed to craft delicious family meals while a covered recessed balcony extends the living area into the great outdoors. At the dining table you’ll find seating for 12, adding to the five seats available at the kitchen island. Downstairs on the mid level there’s a second floor of living space with kitchen, dining and living areas. This space features a plush sectional sofa, dining table for 10 and a full kitchen with professional-grade appliances. French doors off the dining area frame beautiful views and walkout to a second balcony. Five bedrooms, spread out on three floors, allow ample room for a large group or various families. The master bedroom on the main level includes a gas fireplace and private access to a covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkroom can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. A second master suite with private bath offers views of the valley and Sleeping Giant Mountain.
