Settler’s Crossing is a modern condo complex on the east side of the village next to the golf course. You can choose from 2- and 3-bedroom condos fully equipped with kitchen, fireplace and private hot tub on the balcony or deck. Free wireless internet and complimentary secure underground parking. Settler’s Crossing is a 15 minute walk to the village core and has ski-in/ski-out access to the Morrisey Chairlift.

Snow Creek in an ideally located condo complex offering 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos is just a three minute walk from the village core.

The Sun Peaks Lodge, a family-operated hotel, is located in 2 buildings in the heart of the quaint village of Sun Peaks. This ski in/ski-out lodge offers a steakhouse, lobby with fireplace, hot tub, sauna and steam room, as well as ski rental and storage. Rooms offer TV, Wi-Fi, safe, mini-fridge, coffee maker, kettle and more. Studios offer kitchenettes.

Timberline Village is an ideally located condo complex offering 1-, 2-, 3-bedroom condos just a 3 minute walk from the village core. Amenities include fully equipped kitchens, TV/DVD, gas fireplace, free wireless internet access and private hot tubs on the deck or balcony. There is designated parking in either garages or outdoor parking stalls. Ski-in with easy ski-out access to the main lift area!

Lookout Lodge is an impressive, custom built mountain home in the Lookout Ridge area of Sun Peaks. It offers ski-in and ski-out from Sundance Mountain via East Village Ski Way and soon via the new Orient Express chairlift! This is a 3-story home with kitchen, living room and dining area on the 3rd floor. The large window fronts allow you to enjoy spectacular views of Morrisey Mountain and the entire Sun Peaks valley. There is also plenty of outdoor space with a deck off the dining area plus a 2nd, covered deck with BBQ and fabulous hot tub on the 2nd floor. In addition the chalet has a very private backyard backing onto Sundance Mountain.

Located with easy access to the Mt. Morrisey chairlift these spacious mountain homes offer everything you need for a fabulous mountain getaway! All townhouses feature full kitchen, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, private hot tub and private garage.

Kookaburra Lodge is located in the Sun Peaks village centre and offers modern, premier apartments with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. The spacious condos feature full kitchens, electric fireplaces, washer/dryer, TV/DVD and wireless internet access. The 2-, 3- and 3-bedroom+loft apartments come with private hot tub on the balcony (please note: no hot tub in the 1-bedroom suites). Crystal Forest is a picturesque condo complex built around a nice courtyard with green space within a 5 minute walk from the Sun Peaks Village centre. You can choose from 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom condos fully equipped with kitchen, gas fireplace, TV/DVD and private hot tub on the balcony or deck. Free wireless internet access and complimentary secure underground parking. Crystal Forest is ski in with a short walk out to the lifts.
