Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

Silverado II is a unique resort property that combines the space and conveniences of a two-bedroom condominium with many of the amenities and services frequently found in a hotel setting, including an indoor heated pool, two hot tubs, sauna, game room, and on-site laundry.

Our condo is conveniently located within a quick 10-minute drive or short shuttle ride to ski during the winter and is in the heart of summer outdoor fun. Winter Park is just 6 miles away and can be accessed easily by the free shuttle for all your outdoor activities, no matter the season!

The main level has an open floor plan encompassing the living, kitchen and dining areas making for a perfect area to gather for entertainment and meals. The dining area offers large windows with a view and access to the private patio with a small outdoor area to enjoy the fresh air and a private outdoor hot tub. In the gourmet kitchen there is plenty of countertop space and great spot to make a memorable meal. Cozy up to the gas fireplace on the comfy sectional sofa or conquer and divide with some games and TV viewing. Around the corner is the half bath on the main landing.
