Lodge Let Down

We returned to Evergreen Condos this year after a wonderful stay last year. However, for the same cost this year we were given a old 70's decor condo with no upgrades. A wood fireplace that never kept a fire going with poor airflow. Queen bed in master instead of a king like last year. We payed extra for 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms & the guest tub was not useable since the water did not go down the drain right away. When we purchased the condo reservation early fall we requested the same condo as last year. After entering the condo a maintenance man showed up & told us that someone would be here soon to fix sink drain & broken blind in master room; however, no one showed up. We called the main desk with our complaints & was connected to main reservations then back again to main desk where a man assured us the manager would call soon & move us to another room; however, we never received a call from the manager all week. At checkout I voiced my complaints & the manager removed the resort fees; however, we payed for 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths & one was not functionable. I will not return to Keystone resorts again. I feel that they are overcharging customers & they need to re-evaluate the difference in each condo w/ & without upgrades & charge according to individual condos.
