Expedition Station
I stayed at Expedition Station in River Run Village Keystone in February 2017. This was booked through Ski.com. The rooms very old and worn and shabby and dirty looking, linens did not look fresh only 2 pillow cases where provided for a party of 4. Items in the room like fireplace, blinds, toaster where all broken. The sofa bed in the living area pulled out to a couch that was impossibly uncomfortable to sleep on.
Room not clean, front desk employees very rude at the Dakota Lodge
We stayed at the Expedition Station where there is no on-site front desk (never disclosed to me and was an inconvenience). Upon arrival the room is very dusty, has not been swept or vacuumed and the kitchen was sticky with grape jelly and crumb covered. When we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room late at night with our hot dinner in hand we had nobody on site to help as there were no facilities on site. We were referred to the Dakota Lodge front desk across the street when we dialed "0" on the house phone. The girls at the front desk over there were terribly rude and confrontational, and very little help. I was very polite in my attempts to get help and Trisha's response was : "What do you want us to do?! You booked through our competition, we can't help you". Her attitude and aggressive behavior were surprising to say the least.
