There is an open layout on the top floor which expands the living space and facilitates movement throughout the home. Entertaining is easy with the full modern kitchen, custom selected tableware and gorgeous timber dining table. Textures abound in the living area with multilayered rugs and an endless supply of cushions. The master bedroom and associated ensuite ooze class. The first-floor features another living area, bathroom and two deluxe bedrooms. There is also a laundry and large drying area downstairs for when you return home from a long day on the nearby slopes.

The Freshwater boasts premium grade fit-out and finishes with warming alpine interior styling, featuring a selection of units for rental ranging from studio apartments to luxurious three bedroom penthouses. On some of the higher floors oversized windows offer breathtaking views to Mount Yotei. All the furniture and fittings were custom designed for each apartment, which come with fully functional kitchens incorporating ‘state of the art’ Miele appliances. The Freshwater is located in central Hirafu, a 1 minute walk from the shuttle bus stop and a 6 minute flat walk from the family run ski slope. Restaurants, bars and convenience stores are all within a 1- or 2-minute walk from The Freshwater.

Powder Tracks was built in 2005. Each unit has triple-glazed panoramic windows allowing for maximum natural light and privacy. South facing units have impressive Mount Yotei views.
