The Cove at Park Meadows is one of the most picturesque locations in Park City. Located adjacent to the Park Meadows Golf Course and about three miles from the Park City Mountain Resort, The Cove boasts views of the ski runs and the surrounding mountains. In the summer, the pool and clubhouse are available to guests.

1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.
