1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

Abode at Resort Plaza is a well-appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located right at the base of the Park City Mountain Resort. Ski access is only 75 steps away and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and activities right out the door. No detail has been over looked in this 1,200 square foot condo.
