The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Gondola Run B is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

Ptarmigan House is a quaint cozy condominium property located just off the slopes of the Steamboat Ski Area with ski-in/ski-out access. This exclusive condo property boasts a large outdoor hot tub and grill area, complimentary underground parking and complimentary WiFi. Condos feature fully-equipped kitchens or kitchenettes in the smaller studio units, gas fireplaces, and comfortable furnishings. This fantastic 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome at Chadwick Estate Villas sleeps 10 people and features an open living room with nice light, a stunning gas fireplace, huge flat-screen TV, and comfortable leather couch. Edgemont's on-site amenities include a fabulous heated outdoor pool and hot tub with great views down the mountain. The outdoor fire pit is a natural gathering place and kids will delight here in s'mores and hot chocolate. Ski access could not be much easier with a slope side ski locker room. Here you can dry off and conveniently store your equipment in your private ski locker with enclosed boot warmer. If you need to push yourself a little more, there is exercise equipment onsite.
