The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. Each condo has a full kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and wireless internet.

It’s a great home for entertaining, with a dining table that seats up to 10, and 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom on the main level is just one of 5 king bedrooms in this large home, three of which have private baths. The lower level has a king bedroom with private bath and two king bedrooms that share a bath. On the upper level is another king with shared bath and a bunk room that has two sets of bunks and two trundle beds to sleep up to 6 guests – ideal for kids. The rec room provides an additional living area with a 42” TV, Wii video games system, and a foosball table. The outdoor hot tub allows you to relax and soak away the stresses of a day on the mountain. Winter Castle offers covered parking although vehicles are not needed in the winter as complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway.

Striking brass hardware, light wood features, and earthy, soft grays, browns and cream colors throughout the residence exude warmth. The main living area is on the second level of the home where cathedral ceilings and tall windows let the light flood in. Gather in front of the towering fireplace or soak in the scenery from the wrap-around deck. The centerpiece of the gourmet kitchen is a large island with bar seating for 6. The adjacent dining table seats 8 guests.

This custom-built Montana log home sits upon a mountain ridge and offers a "million dollar" panoramic view of the Steamboat ski area. Mountain High Chalet is conveniently located to the Thunderhead Express high-speed quad lift with easy access provided by regular, complimentary shuttle service. The hand shaped logs are beautifully finished and provide a cozy living area centered in front of the stone fireplace. The Great Room with high ceiling and loft shows off the fine craftsmanship involved in the construction of the chalet. Mountain High Chalet offers 3 charming bedrooms and baths in the main house and a detached apartment garage with fireplace, bath and kitchenette. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped. The dining table will comfortably seat eight guests for an elegant dinner setting as the alpenglow lights up the mountain. The outside decks offer one of the most spectacular views of the area with a 180-degree view down the valley to the Flat Top Mountains and up to the Steamboat Ski Area. This is same view that you can enjoy from the hot tub on the lower deck. Please note this home is located in a mountainside neighborhood which gives you spectacular views all around. In winter the road is plowed regularly but 4WD and snowtires/chains are essential if you intend to bring a car. If it snows (which it does a lot) you will need to pay attention in the driveway which is steep and without guardrails.
