Cascades at Eagle Ridge are vacation townhomes offering fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces, and roomy living areas. In addition to private decks, there are spectacular views of the ski area. These townhomes are walking distance to the gondola base area via a paved path. Each unit has a 2-car garage, and there is shuttle service for this property during the winter only. There are also two hot tubs shared by the complex.

Sunshine Peak Chalet offers four bedrooms with a variety of bedding options to sleep up to 13 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed and large en suite bath with dual vanities. The guest master, also with private bath, offers a queen bed. A third bedroom offers two sets of twin bunk beds while the fourth offers the option of a king or two twin beds. The media room also offers a queen sleeper sofa with Tempurpedic mattress and an optional roll-away twin bed is available upon request. The hot tub on the upper rear deck is the ideal place to soak away after your day on the ski trails. The cozy great room allows you to relax by the huge stone fireplace while taking in views of Steamboat’s slopes and opens into shared dining and kitchen areas. A chef’s delight, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and includes granite counters, Wolf gas range and large center island with seating for four. Adjoining in the dining area are seats for eight and a wall of windows looking out to Steamboat Mountain. Down the hall, the media room offers the perfect spot to curl up and watch a movie after a day outdoors. The four bedrooms of Storm Peak Chalet, all with private bathrooms, will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The master suite includes a king bed, flat screen TV, spacious en suite with dual vanities and a private balcony. The guest master with private bath offers a choice of a king bed or can be set up with two twin beds. In the third and fourth guest rooms you’ll find a set of double bunk beds and two double beds.
