Storm Meadows Club Condominiums offer studio 1 bath, 1 bedroom 1 bath, 1 bedroom + studio 2 bath, 2 bedroom 2 bath, 3 bedroom 3 bath units. Each condominium includes a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV/DVD, high speed internet access, deck or patio and gas or wood burning fireplace. Some units have balconies. The property is located conveniently on the slopes for ski-in ski-out access that also features a shared fitness center, hot tub, and pool. This 5,000 square foot chalet comfortably sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The great room offers spectacular mountain views with a covered deck as well as leather sofas situated in front of the large fireplace and 45” plasma TV. The dining area seats 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with the finest appliances from Wolf and SubZero. The rec room on the lower level provides great fun for the whole family with a 50” big screen TV with surround sound, Playstation 2 video games and a pool table. Dry off your boots and store your skis in the nearby mudroom that includes a boot dryer and storage cupboards for all of your ski equipment. With their prime upslope location, the Storm Meadows Club Condominiums maintain a quieter, more secluded atmosphere just a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the ski area base. This quiet setting offers access trails to the nearby slopes. The Club has a complete fitness facility with seasonal outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, and weight room. Winter season shuttles to the Gondola, grocery store, and downtown Steamboat Springs are offered.

Gondola Run B is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

A hidden gem, tucked away in Steamboat’s mountain village neighborhood, Waterford offers 3-level townhomes, a short shuttle ride to skiing, shopping and dining. Each townhome has over 2,100 square feet of space to spread out and relax in. Included are a private deck, in-unit washer/dryer, gas fireplace, wireless internet, and private garage. Waterford provides a winter season shuttle to the ski area.
