The home is located on a sunny, oversized lot with ideal south-facing views of the mountain and ski runs. It’s an easy two-block walk to lift seven and the gondola, where Mountain Village is a picturesque ride away! Just a short walk to the main street shops and restaurants, it is also one block from one of the area's trendiest bars, a wine store, a popular restaurant, and the beautiful San Miguel River trail.

The Livery Condos are located right in the heart of downtown Telluride. If you like to stay where the action is and be able to walk to restaurants and shops, this is a great option for you. The Livery Condos have the best rooftop deck in town, with picturesque views of town, Ajax Peak, Ingram Falls and Ballard Peak. There is parking for one car per unit in the parking garage.

The spacious master suite is complete with a king-size bed, potbelly gas stove, and en suite bath with steam shower. The lowest level of the home is truly a fun-filled space, perfect for kids (or kids at heart). With two sets of full/full bunk beds, a ping- pong table, pool table, comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, this room will be difficult to leave.
