Guests who choose to stay at the Lorian enjoy a year-round outdoor hot tub, a summer season outdoor pool, exercise facilities, underground parking, and a clubhouse. Russell Home’s great room offers leather furniture, including a queen sofa sleeper and flat-screen TV. Above this area is an open loft with a queen futon. Granite tile countertops adorn the kitchen, which opens to the dining room with seating for six around the table. From the dining room, guests can access the private deck, which has a hot tub and gas BBQ grill. The master bedroom is upstairs, and offers a king bed, walk-in closet and TV. The master bath has double sinks, a Jacuzzi and a shower. The guestrooms are downstairs from the living room. The first guestroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The second guestroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed, plus a flat-screen TV and an en suite bath. The third guestroom has a queen bed, futon, TV and an en suite bath. Centrum is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Telluride ski vacation condo next to Mountain Village. Located just steps from the Gondola, Centrum makes getting on the ski slopes quick and easy. In fact, it is just 100 yards from ski school and two chairlifts. This third-level condo features 180-degree views, comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace. The living room has a 42-inch TV and an adjacent dining table with seating for six guests. The deck, which offers views of the mountains and plaza, is accessed from the living room. The full kitchen features granite countertops, sleek appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for three. Next to the kitchen is a washer and dryer. Furnishing the master bedroom is a queen bed, TV and an en suite bath with a Jacuzzi, separate shower and handsome stonework. The guestroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin beds.
