This modern 3-bedroom private home is conveniently located just outside Telluride, along the "forever wild" Valley Floor. The Valley Floor is Telluride's most pristine area, forever protected from development. This area features wildlife throughout the year and you will often see elk, hawks and coyotes from the home. The Valley Floor has nice hiking and biking opportunities as well as SUP'ing the river. There are also groomed cross country skiing tracks in the winter season. You are just a 5-minute drive to downtown Telluride and skiing - or a 10-minute bike ride along the bike path. This home is also on the free Galloping Goose shuttle route.

The Lodges at Sundance has amazing ski and hiking access along Sundance ski run. The Highlands Way home is a 5 bedroom 6.5 bath masterpiece that includes amenities like a private gym, 8-person saltwater hot tub, and a media room with a pool table, ping-pong table and foosball. The only decision left to make is where to start. Located in Telluride’s Mountain Village, the Highlands Way home is a short walk to the Lower Galloping Goose Ski Run (green run).
