Located at the base of Lift 7 in the Town of Telluride, Cimarron #9 couldn’t be more convenient! Cimarron #9 is a true ski-in/ski-out property. This one-bedroom/2-bath condo has plenty of natural light from the south-facing windows. Cimarron #9 is a spacious one-bedroom ski condo with 864 square feet. The San Miguel River meanders behind the complex. The River Trail is a sweet way to walk into town or take Pacific Ave. to the center of town. Or, if you are weary from a long day of skiing or hiking, Grab the Galloping Goose, the free in-town shuttle that circles the town. The Galloping Goose has a pickup point right at the complex on Black Bear Road.

The condo immediately opens up into a large living and seating area with sweeping views of Telluride, Ajax mountain and the box canyon. The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The Plunge complex has a common outdoor hot tub in a gazebo behind the condos, shared with the Graysill Condos next door. The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.

The master is especially secluded and its luxury bathtub is the perfect venue to relax after a long day.
