Offering scenic views, high-end finishes and a slope side location, the Element 52 residences offer the best in luxury and convenience. Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Condominiums feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

Cimarron Lodge Condos enjoy an excellent location in the town of Telluride, right next to Lift 7, with ski-in access to the property. They also sit right alongside the San Miguel River and adjacent River Trail. The property has an underground parking garage, two shared outdoor hot tubs, and shared laundry facilities. . During the powder filled winter months, this property gives guests the very best ski access, with the Coonskin chairlift right out your front door. During the festival fueled summer months, Telluride Town Park is a short stroll away along the San Miguel River. The main grocery store in town, Clark's Market, is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Nestled in the Tristant development in beautiful Mountain Village, Prospect Falls is a four-bedroom townhome with excellent ski access and a long list of amenities. Vaulted ceilings in the living room invite in huge, San Sophia views, while a couch and two armchairs surround a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. The adjacent kitchen is lined with stainless steel appliances, soapstone countertops and custom cabinetry. There are plenty of places to seat guests for dining between the breakfast bar for four and the dining room table for six. Enjoy Mountain Village Core and San Sophia Ridgeline views while conversing with friends and family over an unforgettable meal. Continue the entertainment outside through the French doors and on to the private deck with grill. The spacious master suite is complete with a king-size bed, potbelly gas stove, and en suite bath with steam shower. The lowest level of the home is truly a fun-filled space, perfect for kids (or kids at heart). With two sets of full/full bunk beds, a ping- pong table, pool table, comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, this room will be difficult to leave. Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

Just beyond a stand of aspen trees that line the Lower Galloping Goose ski run, lies a treasure. 416 Benchmark is a cabin large enough to accommodate 18 guests while still feeling intimate and cozy - especially true if you call dibs on the separate guest house. Private hot tub, ski-in ski-out...we won’t bore you with the things you already expect from a Mountain Village manor. What makes 416 Benchmark so delightful are the unexpected surprises - ending a long day with alternating trips between the sauna and steam room, and the way that Wilson Peak is impeccably framed by the great room window. The gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar, built-in dining nook, and adjacent family sitting area. The ground floor media room has a large sectional sofa, access to the patio, and a gas fireplace, ideal for movie nights. Six of the bedrooms are in the main house and the other two are in a separate guest house with a pool table and kitchen.
