Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

Alante Vista is a newly constructed condominium complex in the Winter Park Ranch neighborhood of Fraser. The units are six miles to the Winter Park Ski Resort and have access to the free ski shuttle. All units are accessed from heated interior stairwells and have an open floor plan with nine-foot ceilings throughout. The slate-finished gas fireplace in the living room provides a great focal point. The upgraded kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and slate tile flooring. There are two bedrooms each with their own bath. Bonus amenities include washer/ dryer, an oversized one-car garage and small covered patio.

A pet friendly rental townhome offers a great spot to find solitude as well as 2 living area, large enough to accommodate 10 people and has been remodeled with all the comforts for a wonderful vacation. A spacious living on the main level has furniture, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and large windows offering mountain views. You can also access the front deck to relax on. Kitchen offers a small island for easy meal prep, granite counter tops, 5 burner gas range and pantry that leads to the rear deck with a second gas fireplace, built in grill, and overhead radiant heating. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has seating for up to 8. The main level has a master bedroom has king bed, TV with attached bath and a powder room and access to the rear deck.

The living zone is an immaculate space with in floor radiant heat, 10' ceilings, custom lighting, smart TV and gas fireplace and panoramic mountain views from the cushy leather furniture. Plenty of large, picturesque windows will offer more than one view of the mountains and surrounding mountain beauty from this main room. The Viking Lodge is an old-style, budget ski lodge in downtown Winter Park. This economical lodge has 21 rooms, ranging from very small to apartments. All have private baths and old-fashioned box-style color televisions. If you’re looking for a basic lodge room in a great downtown location, with a game room, friendly staff, and Wi-Fi in the lobby, the Viking Lodge is that kind of place.

Situated high on a mountain Meadow Ridge features beautiful 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums in Fraser Valley with a great view of Byers Peak. Located 10 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort on free shuttle bus line and surrounded by 300 miles of mountain bike and hiking trails. Meadow Ridge is located in the town of Fraser- 6 miles from the ski resort on the free shuttle route. All units have a full kitchen, color cable tv, vcr. Some units have a private balcony or patio.
