Pine Ridge Condominiums are centrally located in the 4 O’clock neighborhood of Breckenridge, one of the first areas of town with condominium development. The neighborhood is well-known and a favorite with Breckenridge’s repeat guests. The fantastic ski-in, in-town location makes Pine Ridge an unbeatable choice in the winter, and the property has numerous attractive features for guests throughout the year. In the summer, Pine Ridge feels a bit more secluded, surrounded by trees, green lawns and the wetlands that run along the ski run. The center of Main Street is an easy, scenic stroll downhill from Pine Ridge. Bystone Villa Retreat

The private and charming Bystone Villa Retreat has a European flair on the exterior and contemporary mountain style on the interior. The home sits on a wooded lot, about a mile from Breckenridge’s Peak 8 base area and a mile from Main Street. You can walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, and walk to a shuttle stop for the short trip to Peak 8. There is also a 2-bay garage in case you have a rental car (4-wheel drive is recommended). Outdoors there is a deck with private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and fire table. Indoors, the great room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a private deck, and laundry facilities are included.

The Highwood Hideaway backs up to Cucumber Gulch Preserve and the Breckenridge Nordic Center with a Nordic ski trail right out the back door! Hop on the free shuttle that is only two blocks away to get to the slopes or downtown for great restaurants, charming shops and fun nightlife.

Mountaineer Townhomes

The Mountaineer Townhomes are situated in the Tyra Subdivision just above the Snowflake Lift, one block to the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop and 4.5 blocks to Historic Main Street. These multi-level townhome offers beautiful mountain and downtown views with a mountain stream running just behind the property. Each townhome has an open living area with a gas fireplace and private balcony. Other amenities include a washer and dryer and one-car garage.

Ravens Call Chalet

Raven’s Call Chalet is a 6 bedroom chalet located on High Street in historic Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle. You can’t beat the views of town and the Ski Mountains from the decks. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can walk one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer, Raven’s Call Chalet is at the center of actives while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Call Chalet is connected to the 4 bedroom Raven’s Bungalow, which can also be rented.
