The complex sits in a quiet, tree-lined area of Park City, approximately one half mile from the base of the Park City Mountain Resort and a short walk to the nearby Silver Star lift. Crescent Ridge Condominiums provide garage parking and some units offer a private hot tub. Most condominiums are accessed via an outdoor stairway. You are walking distance to the free shuttle, but a car is recommended due to the steep hillside access.

The Town Lift Condominiums are located on lower Main Street just a few steps from Park City Mountain Resort, which gives easy access to the slopes. Located right on Park Avenue, and easy walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort, the 14th Street Townhomes are in an extremely convenient location with great amenities. There is a free bus stop just a short walk from your front door. Townhomes are on 3 levels, and approximately 1,350 square feet in size. Each one has a private deck, washer/dryer, and 1-car garage (only suitable for small vehicles).

This cozy condo offers convenience and comfort. Walk 1 short block to the Quit'N Time ski run, pop into your bindings and ski down to the Town Lift chair. At the end of the day, ski back to this neighborhood access point to return to your property. Other options to access the ski resort include walking a few blocks to the Town Lift or the Old Town Transit Center to catch a free shuttle bus. Guests may also drive the short distance to the Park City Mountain base area parking lot. Just two blocks to historic Main Street for shopping, galleries, activities and dining. This condo has a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and one parking space allotted.

Old Town Retreat is a large private home, ideally located near the heart of historic Park City, just blocks to Main Street and Park City Mountain's Town Lift. This is a spacious property, great for family reunions or small groups. The king master bedroom offers a fireplace, flat screen TV, balcony deck and private bathroom. One guestroom has a twin bed plus twin bunks. The other three guestrooms offer a king bed, queen bed and two twin beds. There is also a sofa sleeper. A vehicle is required for this location as there is no nearby shuttle stop.
