The Parkite is a unique luxury condominium development in the heart of Historic Main Street, in Park City, Utah. Abode at the Parkite features 3 bedrooms, 4 full baths, hardwood floors throughout, and Main Street views. Two of the bedrooms each have a king bed, while the third bedroom has 2 queen beds. All three bedrooms have en suite baths.

1120 Empire is an A-frame duplex 3/10ths of a mile up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It consists of two units, each one with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is a deck shared by the two units, with a common area hot tub. Each unit has a gas fireplace and laundry facilities. Unit A is about 1700 square feet and Unit B is about 2000 square feet.

Resort Plaza Condominiums offer a convenient ski-in, ski-out location at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. These condominiums are located just one-half mile from Park City’s Main Street. Comprised of three buildings, Resort Plaza condominiums offer underground parking with elevator access, and an off- site swimming pool, hot tub and fitness facility. The surrounding plaza area offers a variety of shops and restaurants. Park City’s free city-wide bus service is easily accessible from the Resort Plaza Condominiums.

The Lakeview condos are adjacent to the Park Meadows Golf Course. Condos include a washer /dryer and private deck. The free shuttle stops about ¼ of a mile away, so you may prefer to have your own car in this location.
