Chili Dip Chalet

Pack up your skis and head to this adorable, chalet-style home in the woods. Updated with modern amenities throughout and boasting floor-to-ceiling windows, a wood-burning fireplace, and a furnished deck with a private gas grill, this charming getaway is ideal for your next family ski-cation. Built by Peter Estin, the first head of the ski school at Sugarbush, this home was once frequented by the "jet set" from New York City that used to vacation in this area back in the late 50s and early 60s. Trailside Retreat

The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you'll need to make your morning coffee, an afternoon snack, or tonight's homemade meal. You'll be right next to Sugarbush, Ole's Cross Country Center, and Mt Ellen for skiing, hiking, and beautiful nature. Paradise Provisions is only a mile away with everything you need to keep the fridge stocked and happy. Check out The Skinny Pancake for a delicious pancake breakfast, or Waffle Cabin for a stack of golden waffles. The Reks is only half-a-mile away with sandwiches, burgers, and homemade entrees. Blueberry Lake is only seven miles south with flat-water kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, still-water fishing, and swimming for the kids. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property. Ski/Hike Getaway

This home is on the Sugarbush ski shuttle route for a safe ride to the mountain, three miles away. In warmer weather, take a gorgeous wooded hike from the property that leads to Mad River swim spots and around the snowmaking lake. If additional outdoor activities are your thing, take a short drive to Blueberry Lake where you can try your hand at kayaking, canoeing, and fishing.

Southface Sanctuary

If you're visiting in warm weather, this condo is close to a number of hiking options including the Sunset Ledge Trail Head where you can explore Mount Abraham, the fifth tallest peak in the state, just seven miles away. Take a short drive down to Blueberry Lake for kayaking, canoeing, fishing, hiking, and wildlife viewing, less than eight miles from your front door. And when the snow is falling, this rental is just a little over a mile from Sugarbush for prime snowboarding and downhill skiing.

Perfectly located within walking distance of ski trails, and just a quick shuttle ride from Sugarbush Resort, there are plenty of activities nearby for the whole family. And from the large picture window in the living room to the two balconies, you can enjoy spectacular views of the mountains from inside and outside this home. No matter the season, there is plenty to do in Warren. In winter, enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing at Sugarbush, as well as cross country skiing at Blueberry Lake. In the summer months, you can enjoy the local farmers' markets, Warren Falls, swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, and mountain biking at any of the local mountains. And throughout the year, you'll find numerous shops, restaurants, a local movie theater, and Lawson's Brewery. Hammerle House

Sugarbush Resort is the big attraction in the area, and the slopes are mere steps from the door of Hammerle. In the summer, enjoy disc golf, mountain biking, scenic lift rides, and excellent hiking. The winter will have you blazing down 111 trails and catching a few thrills on 2,600 vertical feet. The Health and Recreation Center can be used year-round, featuring a fitness center, pools, yoga classes, personal training, and many other activities. After playing 18 holes at the Sugarbush Golf Course, head down to Hogan's to enjoy dinner and a drink on the deck or inside near the fire.

Birch Hollow Cottage

Just a mile-and-a-half away, Sugarbush Resort has activities for everyone including golf, biking, tennis, hiking, and ziplining. Hit the slopes in winter at Mad River Glen ski resort, less than nine miles away. Or travel a little over three miles to Warren Falls if you're feeling adventurous for a hike with spectacular views.
